Poster Submission Rules & Guidelines

Submit your poster as a PDF file only. Maximum file size: 8 MB.
Use a clear academic layout with a title, author names, institutional affiliations, introduction or problem statement, objectives, methodology, results or expected outcomes, conclusion, and references where applicable.
Use readable fonts, high-contrast colours, concise text, and clear figures or charts. Avoid overcrowding the poster.

Provide accurate presenter, co-author, department, institution, email, and mobile details.
Do not include confidential, sensitive, or personal information that should not be shared with the conference committee.
Submitting a poster does not guarantee acceptance. The conference committee may review submissions and contact the corresponding author.
If accepted, follow the presentation, registration, and any further instructions communicated by the organisers.
Submit within the displayed 10-day window. Contact the conference committee if you have questions about dimensions, presentation format, or eligibility.
